2 Tbsp finely chopped scallions (white and light-green parts only)
2 Tbsp light mayonnaise

1 large egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
