1/4 cup minced fresh mint
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
4 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, optional
