2 tablespoons butter

barely sweetened whipped cream for serving
•
2.5 ounces hazelnuts
•
3/4 cups plus 1 Tbs. all purpose flour
•
1 pinch each, salt and baking powder
•
6 tablespoons salted butter, at room temp.
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 large egg yolk, at room temp.
