1/4 tsp Baking Powder (The translation app on my phone translated "levure" to baking powder but it looked like yeast to me. Either way, it did the trick but I would say stick with baking powder.)

1 Tbs Oil (I used olive oil because that's all we had in the house. Vegetable oil would probably be better but olive oil worked fine too.)

Pinch of Salt

4 Tbs Maple Syrup 3 Tbs for the batter + 1 Tbs for the finished pancake
