2 cans (each 5 oz/142 g) whole baby clams
8 bacon
1 onion
2 ribs celery
1 cup baking potato
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 bay leaves
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
1 lb fresh fish
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
