Mexican Enchilada

INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean hamburger meat - fry in skillet until no longer pink
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional)
2 cups enchilada sauce *see below
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin (to taste)
2 tablespoons canned green chilies ( freeze the rest in ice cube trays for future use)
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
2 (7 inch) tortillas (or wraps)
Enchilada sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon self-rising flour
1/4 cup chili powder
1 (8oz.) can tomatoe sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
salt to taste
