1 lime juiced (*about 2 tbsp )

1/4 med red onion (*finely diced about 1/2 cup)

2-3 large garlic cloves (*minced or crushed)

1 roasted jalapeno (remove seeds to lower heat) (*minced, see notes above)

1 tsp sea salt
