Meringue Chocolate Chip Bars
"Holiday season we all try to "stuff all the fun things that the season brings" into a few days and hours. So to take a little short cut during that mad dash to shop, clean and bake, I have submitted and easier way to make the old tried and true chocolate chip cookies into pan of bars!There are so many variations you can do to change this recipe just by adding nuts, butterscotch or peanut butter chips mixed in with the chocolate chips!..."
INGREDIENTS

1 C. Butter- Softened
•
1/2 C. White Sugar
•
1/2 C. Brown Sugar- Packed
•
2 Large Eggs-Yolks only- Save the Egg Whites
•
1 Tbs. Water
•
1/4 tsp. Salt
•
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
•
2 C. Flour- (All purpose)
•
1 tsp. Baking Powder
•
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
•
2 Large Egg Whites ( reserved from above)
•
1 C. Brown Sugar
