6 tb butter or margarine
•
2 ts Grated orange rind
•
Dash salt
•
1 lb powdered sugar
•
5 tb cranberry juice cocktail
•
Quick cranberry frosting:
•
1 c jelly cranberry sauce
•
1 egg white
•
Dash salt
•
1 ts almond extract
•
2 ts lemon juice
•
Cranberry cream topping:
•
1 c heavy cream
•
1 tb lemon juice
•
1/2 c powdered sugar
•
1 c jellied cranberry sauce crushed with a fork
•
Cranberry fluffy frosting:
•
1 c jellied cranberry sauce beaten smooth
•
1/2 c brown sugar
•
1/4 c water
•
1 egg white
