250 g lean minced beef

200 g minced pork

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 red onion, peeled & cut into quarters

2 garlic cloves, peeled

2 red/yellow/orange peppers, chopped into chunks

250 g cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil
•
1 tbsp clear honey

For the Bake:

250 g fusilli pasta
•
