salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
approx. 1 c. store-bought or homemade pizza sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
dried oregano, to taste
Toppings:
sliced tomato
strips of roasted red pepper
slices of deli ham [optional]
