Ingredients
CRAB CAKES
1lb lump Atlantic blue crab meat (jumbo lump)
4 medium scallions, green parts only, minced.
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh dill
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 large egg
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
QUICK TARTAR SAUCE
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced red onion
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to taste
salt and black pepper to taste
