INGREDIENTS

1 - 15.25oz. box of lemon cake mix

1/2 cup water
•
1/2 cup canola oil
•
1/2 cup tequila OR water
•
1 TBS grated lime zest
•
3 large eggs
•
1 box (4 serving size) lime flavored gelatin (can be sugar free or regular)
•
For frosting:
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temp
•
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
•
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
•
juice of half a lime
•
For garnish:
•
green colored sprinkles or sugar
•
small lime slices
