INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce (can substitute coconut aminos for paleo)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup (Check your labels to make sure you are buying pure maple syrup (not pancake syrup). It makes a difference!)
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
1 tsp black pepper
1-2 lb pork tenderloin
1-2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cups Brussel sprouts, washed and halved
1/2 large onion, cut into medium chunks
2 small apples, cored and sliced
1/2 tbsp butter or ghee
salt & pepper
