1 cup sugar

3 medium mashed over ripe bananas

2 2/3 all purpose flower
•
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
•
½ teaspoon baking soda
•
¼ teaspoon salt
•
¾ cup buttermilk
•
½ cup water
•
1 tsp maple extract
•
Maple Cream Cheese Frosting
•
8 oz Cream Cheese -room temp
•
1/2 stick butter -room temp
•
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
•
1-2 Tablespoons of milk
•
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
