INGREDIENTS

3 crumbled, crispy slices of bacon (save some grease from baking it)
•
1 cup of buttermilk
•
2 eggs
•
¼ cup vegetable oil
•
3 tbs bacon grease (from cooking the bacon)
•
¼ cup pure maple syrup
•
2 tsp baking powder
•
½ tsp baking soda
•
1 cup of flour
•
½ tsp salt
•
Syrup:
•
4 tbs of powder sugar
•
½ cup pure maple syrup (hot)
•
1 tbs heavy cream
•
Top off with some more crunchy bacon
