2 oz jalapeno deseeded, chopped finely

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 tsp fish sauce

1 cm piece of ginger, chopped finely

1.5 tsp cornflour
•
2 tbsp water (bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes)

1 package of spreadable cream cheese (8 oz / 226g or 250g)
•
