1 -28 oz can tomato puree (can sub with tomato juice)

3 cups water or vegetable broth

2 T mixed Italian Herbs

½ tsp black pepper
•
1 small zucchini, peeled and diced

1 cup pasta (whole wheat or spiral work best)

1 -15 oz chili beans or kidney beans (prefer hot chili beans)

1-15 oz can corn (no salt added)

1 -15 oz can cut green beans (no salt added)
