Here's what you are going to need:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt
•
3 Tablespoons sugar
•
1 1/2 cups lard (you can use vegetable shortening but lard makes for a flakier crust)(You can also use 1/2 lard and 1/2 butter if you want)

1 egg, slightly beaten
•
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
•
5 Tablespoons COLD water
•
*Makes a 9” double crust.
