INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup diced or sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
2 cups fresh spinach (or other greens like kale or swiss chard – with tough stems discarded)
3 tablespoons peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter or almond butter)
2 bananas…the riper the sweeter (these do not get frozen with other ingredients)
1 cup milk (any kind) or water (this also does not get frozen with other ingredients)
