I made this for my honey and I for dinner he also took some to work for lunch I cut up the rest and made a duck pot pie

How To Make roasted duck

1Rince duck pat dry stick in fridge to dry out prefer overnight

2Preheat oven at 3:25 Piece skin be careful not to puncture the meet rub butter all over the bird with salt pepper and Paprika all over the two halves onions in the neck add the garlic in the neck

3Place on center rack in oven Cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours basting with the accumulated duck fat in the pan Maybe every hour Let rest for about 15 to 20 minutes slice and enjoy
