Ingredients For jodie's slumgullion stew

1 lboryx browned or other ground meat

sea salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 Tbspminced garlic

2 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspsage, dried

1/2 conion chopped

1 cbell pepper chopped

1 jaritalian sauce
-
1 canfire roasted tomatoes

2 boxpasta of choice
-
2 qtboiling water
-
1 Tbspolive oil

2 cmushrooms, optional
How To Make jodie's slumgullion stew

1Brown meat, I'm using Oryx it's very lean and healthy. Drain any excess fat off of meat.

2Add dry ingredients and minced garlic to meat.

3Add onion and bell peppers , pushing meat to the side. Saute the veggies in same pan. I use a cast iron skillet.

4After sauteing, mix meat and veggies together. Add Italian Sauce let simmer 30 minutes.

5While doing this get your water ready for your pasta. After cooking pasta to Aldente Drain and rinse, pour your sauce in and simmer for 10 minutes. You can serve Hot with or without cheese.
