1 lbground pork

4 Tbspmorton curing salt

2 tspeach onion powder, garlic powder, dry minced onion, ground peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and yellow mustard seed

4 lgjalapenos seeded and pureed in food processor

2 cwater
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make homemade jalapeno & cheese venison sausage

1Combine all ingredients except cheese together. Mix well place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove from fridge add the cheese and mix for 3 minutes. Place back in refrigerator for 24 more hours.

2Shape into 6 logs. Wrap in foil and place in preheated 250 degree oven and bake for 4 hours turning once.

3Let cool and cut into rounds
