Ingredients For ground venison gravy over bisquick biscuits

2 cbisquick

1/4 cmelted butter

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspsugar

1 cmilk
- GROUND VENISON GRAVY

1 lbground venison
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1 smonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspbeef bouillon

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspeach garlic and onion powder

1 tspeach dried parsley and red pepper flakes

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cflour

2 1/4 cmilk
How To Make ground venison gravy over bisquick biscuits

1Biscuits Mix all ingredients together except the milk. Add the milk slowly and use more or less to just get the batter moist enough to hold together. Drop about a cup size on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until browned about 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.

2For the gravy add the butter to saucepan. Once butter is melted saute the onion a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and saute 1 minute. Add the venison beef bouillon seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add the flour and mix well. Slowly add the milk and stirring constantly until thickened.

3Serve over biscuits.
