This is a spicy/sweet turkey sandwich that is a tradition at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our family loves spicy/hot foods... and this one is a family favorite! It is a change from the ho-hum boring left overs. Each ingredient is important for this sandwich. Writing this recipe has me longing for the holidays to arrive!

2 slicewhite or wheat bread

1 Tbspmayonnaise

1 1/2 Tbspfavorite cranberry sauce

1-3 sliceturkey

1 Tbspitalian giardinara (in oil)
How To Make very unusual turkey sandwich

1Spread the two slices of bread with the mayonnaise

2Add the cranberry sauce to one of the slices of bread with mayo.

3Put giardinara on the other slice of mayo bread. Place desired amount of turkey on the side with giardinara (it helps hold it on the bread when you make it a covered sandwich).

4Put the two slices of bread and fillings together to form the best sandwich on the planet! Cut on a diagonal and serve!

5This is a messy sandwich... and an all time family favorite! (But it is too spicy for kids.... sorry.... this is for grown ups who like spicy!
