Ingredients For turkeyaki, or teriyaki turkey meatlof

2 lbground turkey

1/2 cseasoned bread crumbs

3/4 csoy sauce, low sodium

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 clovegarlic, crushed and minced (sub garlic powder is fine)

2eggs
-
4pineapple rings (optional)
How To Make turkeyaki, or teriyaki turkey meatlof

1Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. The meat should be a bit mushy but still hold together. Season as desired.

2Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in pan and form into a loaf. Press pineapple rings in to top of loaf.

3Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, just until done. I use meat thermometer to check for temp of 165 degrees. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
