Ingredients For turkeyaki, or teriyaki turkey meatlof

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 c
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed and minced (sub garlic powder is fine)
  • 2
    eggs
  • 4
    pineapple rings (optional)

How To Make turkeyaki, or teriyaki turkey meatlof

  • 1
    Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. The meat should be a bit mushy but still hold together. Season as desired.

    Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in pan and form into a loaf. Press pineapple rings in to top of loaf.

    Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, just until done. I use meat thermometer to check for temp of 165 degrees. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
