Ingredients For turkey tostadas

1 candiced tomatoes w/ chiles, or jalapenos

1onion, thinly sliced

3 ccooked, shredded turkey

8whole wheat tortillas
-
1avocado, pitted
-
1/4 cfavorite salsa
-
2 Tbsplight sour cream
-
1 cshredded roamine lettuce
-
1/2 creduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
How To Make turkey tostadas

1In medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring tomatoes and the juices to a boil. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are soft.

2Add turkey, cook 2 mins more. Heat oven to 375. Spray each tortilla w/ olive oil cooking spray on both sides. Place tortillas on cookie sheets. Bake, turning once, until crisp and browned.

3Mash avocado in a bowl. Stir in salsa and sour cream. Spread each tostada w/ some avocado mix. Top w/ turkey, lettuce and cheese.
