Ingredients For turkey tetrazzini

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 can
    (small cans) sliced mushrooms or (8oz fresh)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 can
    cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    turkey, cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, divided

How To Make turkey tetrazzini

  • 1
    1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2.Cook egg noodles to box directions. 3.In very large saucepan sautee onion and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and stir until cooked down. 4.Add Soup, sour cream and mix together well. 5.Add Turkey, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the parmesan and mix well. Let simmer for 5 mins. 6.Butter or Spray a 9x13 baking dish 7.Place cooked noodles in bottom of the dish. 8.Pour mixture over noodles. 9.Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. 10.Bake for 20-25 minutes.
