I love any kind of turkey sandwich: either with gravy and stuffing on toast served open-faced, or plain with just salt and pepper; or in a salad like a Waldorf salad. "Waldorf Salad" gave me this idea for the Sammie/Sandwich 7/23/11 contest this week! This combination is tasty, crunchy and cool, and it might just be a new favorite.
