This is such a yummy day after thanksgiving treat. My family and friends really enjoy these rolls. Easy to make and a good way to use that leftover turkey,

Ingredients For turkey rolls

2 pkgcrescent rolls
-
1/4 cbutter, room temperature

1/4 cbutter, melted

2 cturkey (cubed or shredded)

8 ozcream cheese
-
2green onions
-
1 cmushrooms (sliced)

1/2 cpecans (optional)

1 cbread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make turkey rolls

1In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and room temp butter until soft and mixed well. Add turkey, mushrooms, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.

2Put 1/4 cup of mixture onto crescent roll and fold into a triangle shape.

3Melt the 1/4 cup butter and dip each roll in it then into the bread crumbs/crushed pecans. Continue with each roll and place on a cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

5If you have left over gravy, heat and pour over or you can make a packaged gravy and serve over top of baked rolls.
