Ingredients For turkey pinwheels
- PINWHEELS:

1 Tbspbutter, softened

1/4 cchopped onions
-
1/2 cdiced red bell pepper
-
1 cthawed peas
-
1 cdiced turkey, more or less

10 3/4 ozcan cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1recipe for rolled biscuits(bisquick)

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheddar cheese
- SAUCE:
-
10 3/4 ozcan cream of chicken soup or cream of celery

1/2 chalf and half
-
1 cthawed peas
-
1 tspseasoned salt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make turkey pinwheels

1Heat oven to 450^. Pinwheels: In a small skillet melt the butter and add the onions and bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Set aside. Cover peas with boiling water, and drain. Combine peas and turkey,and soup. Add sautéed onion and Bell pepper. Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions; add the cheese to the dough. Roll dough into a 15-inch square about 1/2 inch thick.

2Spread with the turkey mixture, roll as for a jelly roll. Cut roll into 16 slices or so they are 3/4 inch thick, Place cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sauce on top.

3Sauce: Combine ingredients, place over low heat in a small saucepan, stir occasionally until heat hot.
