1This mixture you can make the night before because it has to be cool when added into meat mixture.Chop onions, minced garlic and add to pan with olive oil. Saute'til onions are tender and start smelling the garlic. Add worceshire and beef broth and lower heat to simmer. Let simmer long enough for some of liquid to dissolve. Remove from heat and put in fridge to cool overnight or for bout 10 minutes.

Put in loaf pan or on baking sheet if don't have a loaf pan. Put in preheated oven for 1 hr or less depending on oven plus turkey doesnt take long to cook.

3For Brown Suger Topping:While meat loaf is cooking, in a sperate bowel mix the brown sugar and ketchup together. Put mixture in microwave for about 15-20 seconds just til mixture is a little runny(like thick syrup). When meat loaf is almost done last 15mins pour brown suger mixture over meat and cook. When meat loaf is done remove from oven and let sit before cutting. ENJOY!!
