Ingredients For turkey loaf with cranberry sauce

1 1/2 lbground turkey

1/4 cchopped onion

1/2 cgrated carrot
-
1/4 cchopped celery
-
1 cdried breadcrumbs

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1/2 tspdried sage
-
1egg, lightly beaten
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 ccranberry sauce, at room temp.
How To Make turkey loaf with cranberry sauce

1Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cranberry sauce and mix well. Turn the mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and gently pat down. Bake until the loaf is firm and the top is lightly browned, about 1 hour. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the loaf and let stand in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
