This is a simple Turkey Loaf blanketed after baking with wonderful Cranberry Sauce and graces itself on top of the freshly baked Turkey Loaf. How divine!

Ingredients For turkey loaf with cranberry sauce

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    grated carrot
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried sage
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    cranberry sauce, at room temp.

How To Make turkey loaf with cranberry sauce

    Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cranberry sauce and mix well. Turn the mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and gently pat down. Bake until the loaf is firm and the top is lightly browned, about 1 hour. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the loaf and let stand in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
