Ingredients For turkey loaf for a crowd

2 qtcubed turkey

1/2 cdiced giblets

2 cdiced celery

1/3 cdiced green pepper

6 Tbspchopped onion

6 Tbspturkey fat or butter

1 1/2 qtturkey broth

6 or 7eggs

4 qtbread cubes

3 cbread crumbs

1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tsppepper

How To Make turkey loaf for a crowd

1Dice turkey. Saute peppers, pimento, celery and onion in fat or butter. Beat eggs slightly add to broth. Combine remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top of turkey and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in 9x13-inch pan.

2Cut in squares and serve with heated mushroom soup over each square.
