My family didn't like ground turkey until I started really seasoning the turkey,they like these!

Ingredients For turkey burgers

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

1 oz package dry onion soup mix
-
1/2 t black pepper
-
1/2 t garlic powder
-
2 tablespoons worchesterchire sauce
-
1 egg,lightly beaten
-
6 whole wheat hamburger buns
-
2 tablespoon thousand island salad dressing
-
2 tablespoons mayo
-
6 lettuce leaves
-
6 slices cheddar cheese
-
6 slices tomatoes,seasoned with salt and pepper
-
6 thin slices red onion
-
pickles
How To Make turkey burgers

1In a large bowl, mix the turkey with the onion soup mix, pepper, garlic powder, worchestershire sauce, and egg. Refrigerate the mixture about 10 minutes, then form into 6 patties. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for 20 minutes, turning once, or until well done. The inside of the burgers will look whitish in color when cooked through. Lightly toast buns. Mix thousand island dressing and mayo,spread on both sides of buns,add turkey patty,cheese,lettuce ,tomato,onion and pickle. Enjoy!
