Ingredients For turkey breakfast sausage

1 lbground turkey

1 tspsalt

1 tspground sage

1 tspfennel seed/or ground fennel

1 tspthyme

1 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspwhite pepper

1/2 tspred pepper flakes, or to taste

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tspclove, ground

1/8 tspnutmeg

1/8 tspallspice, ground
How To Make turkey breakfast sausage

1Mix ground turkey with all spices and let set in Fridge for an hour for the flavors to meld. I've cooked them immediately before and they are still scrumptious! Fry over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

2Shape into patties whatever size you like.

3Fry for 3-5 minutes over medium/high heat until golden and cooked through.

4These freeze very well. Just place each patty between sheets of plastic wrap, and then put the lot into a zip bag. You can take out as many as needed and cook them up! Or cook crumbled for your favorite breakfast casserole, or sausage gravy!
