- 1 pound chopd turkey
- 1/4 cup onion, chopd
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopd
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced thick
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can beef consomme
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup half n half
- 1/2 cup frozen peas....the healthy part ;)

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS THEN ROLL INTO 1" MEATBALLS. PLACE ON BAKN PAN N BAKE FOR 5 MINUTES TURN N BAKE FOR 5 MORE(if meatballs r STICKN drizzle a TBLSPN of olive oil)...REMOVE FROM OVEN

Step 2WHILE MEATBALLS R BAKN. IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP 2 TBLSPNS OF BUTTER N ADD MUSHROOMS N LET BROWN A BIT...THEN ADD FLOUR N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES (U MAY NEED TO ADD ADDTNL TBLSPN OF BUTTER)

Step 3STIR IN CONSUMME, HALF N HALF, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE N SOUR CREAM.....COOK FOR 5 MINUTES OVER MED HEAT WHILE STIRRING OCCASIONALY.

Step 4ADD FROZEN PEAS N COOKD MEATBALLS. STIR TO COAT MEATBALLS N SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. SEASON WITH S n P TO TASTE
