1 lbgruond turkey

2eggs,slightly beaten

3/4 cbread crumbs, dry

1/2 conion,chopped

1 (8oz) cantomato sauce ,devided

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspprepared mustard
-
1 tsporegano, dried
-
1(10oz) pkgfrozen spinich,thawed and well drain

3/4 tspgarlic salt
-
1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make spinach swirl turkey loaf

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix turkey,bread crumbs,onion,eggs,1/4 cup tomato sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard and oregano.Salt and pepper to taste.

2Pat into rectangle 10 by 8 inches on an 18 by 12 inch piece of aluminum foil.

3Orange spinach on turkey mixture to within 1/2 inch of the edges; sprinkle with garlic salt and cheese.

4Roll up rectangle carefully,beginning at 8 inch side and using foil to lift it.

5Press edges and ends of roll to seal.Place seam side down in loaf pan.

6Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.Drizzle with remaining tomato sauce.Bake 15 minutes more.Enjoy.
