1 Tbspolive oil

1 lbturkey breast or chicken cut into 1/2 inch pieces

2spicy turkey or chicken sausages cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 cdiced green bell pepper

1/2 csliced mushrooms
-
1/2 cdiced onion
-
1jalapeno pepper seeded and minced(optional)

1/2 cfat free low sodium chicken broth

1 can14 ounce no salt added diced tomatos

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspblack paper
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 ccooked yolk free egg noodles

6 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspcoarse plain dry bread crumbs
How To Make spicy turkey casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, Add turkey and sausage. Cook and stir 2 minutes.

2Add bell pepper,mushrooms,onion,jalapeno if desired and cook 5 more minutes. Add chicken broth cook 1 minute,scraping up any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add tomatoes, seasonings and noodles.

3Spoon turkey mixture into shallow 10inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bread crumbs are golden brown.
