Ingredients For smoked turkey tetrazzini

12 ozfettuccine

2 Tbspmargarine or butter

2 Tbspchicken broth
-
8 ozsliced fresh mushrooms

1 mdonion, chopped

3 Tbspflour
-
1 tspfreshly ground pepper

1/4 tsphot sauce
-
3 cmilk
-
2 - 3 cdiced smoked turkey
-
1 cdry white wine or chicken broth
-
1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make smoked turkey tetrazzini

1Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet on medium high heat, melt margarine; add broth, mushrooms and onion. Cook 7 - 10 minutes or until softened. Gradually stir in flour, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth; add milk and cook, stirring constantly, 6 - 8 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in turkey and wine. Layer a 9 x 13" baking dish, coated with cooking spray, with half of the pasta, turkey mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden. ENJOY!!
