1 Tbspvegetable oil

3/4 lbground turkey breast

1 lgonion, 1 cup chopped

2 candiced tomatoes, undrained (14 1/2 ounce can)

1 canchili beans (15-16 oz)

1 canold el paso chopped green chilies, drained (4 1/2 oz)

1/2 cwater
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt

2 ccooked brown rice
How To Make slow cooker turkey and brown rice chili

1In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook turkey and onion in oil 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain.

2In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix turkey mixture and remaining ingredients except rice.

3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

4Stir in rice. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook about 15 minutes or until rice is hot.
