These sandwiches are great to take to potluck. Everyone loves them. Many will want the recipe. I take these to Church and are always a hit. Recipe from my 2006 TOH magazine

Ingredients For slow - cooked turkey sandwiches

6 ccubed cooked turkey

2 ccubed, velveeta
-
1 can(10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 can(10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 cchopped celery
-
18sandwich buns, split
How To Make slow - cooked turkey sandwiches

1In a 4-qt. slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until vegetables are tender and cheese is melted. Stir mixture; spoon 1/2 cup onto each bun.

2You can easily halve the recipe.
