I used turkey kielbasa, but you can use regular kielbasa. I serve these over noodles.

Ingredients For slow-cooked saucy kielbasa

6 stickbutter

2 lgonions, sliced

1 clight brown sugar

1/2 bottle28 oz ketchup

3 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1-1/2 tspspicy brown mustard

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 tsphot pepper sauce

1 lbturkey or meat kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces
How To Make slow-cooked saucy kielbasa

1Melt butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.

2Simmer, 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Place kielbasa in bottom of slow-cooker. Cover w/ sauce, and onions. Cover, cook on low for 4-1/2 hrs. Serve over hot noodles.
