I used turkey kielbasa, but you can use regular kielbasa. I serve these over noodles.

Ingredients For slow-cooked saucy kielbasa

  • 6 stick
    butter
  • 2 lg
    onions, sliced
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 bottle
    28 oz ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb
    turkey or meat kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces

How To Make slow-cooked saucy kielbasa

    Melt butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.

    Simmer, 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Place kielbasa in bottom of slow-cooker. Cover w/ sauce, and onions. Cover, cook on low for 4-1/2 hrs. Serve over hot noodles.
