Ingredients For roast boneless turkey breast tenderloin

1(2-1/2 lb.) boneless turkey breast tenderloin with or without skin

3 Tbspsoftened butter
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspmrs dash (table blend)

salt & pepper to taste
-
1 cchicken or turkey stock
-
3 Tbspreserved pan drippings for gravy.

3 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbsphalf & half
How To Make roast boneless turkey breast tenderloin

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Mix 1/4 cup butter, garlic powder, paprika, Mrs. Dash, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

3Rub half the butter mixture over the turkey breast and underneath the skin.

4Reserve remaining butter mixture, melt for basting.

5Tent turkey breast loosely with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degrees in the center.

6Baste turkey breast occasionally with remaining butter mixture.

7Let turkey breast rest 10 to 15 minutes.

8Slice and serve with gravy.

9FOR GRAVY

10Heat 3 Tbsp. pan drippings in a small sauce pan. Add flour and mix to make a roux.

11Add Chicken or turkey stock, and half & half, whisk until thickened. Salt & pepper to taste.
