Ingredients For pizza casserole

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 pkghot turkey sausage, chopped

1/4 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced
-
18 oz can reduced-sodium tomato sauce

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspeach salt & pepper
-
1 slicelow-fat mozzarella cheese
-
113.8 oz can pillsbury regrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make pizza casserole

1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in lg skillet over high heat. Add sausage and mushroom, cook 5 mins, stirring often. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2Cook until heated through. Unroll pizza dough. Press dough into bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan. Line bottom of dough w/ 6 slices of mozzarella cheese.

3Top cheese w/ turkey mix. Bake, uncovered 12 mins. Top w/ remaining cheese slices. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
