We made these to add to a garbanzo bean soup and they tasted great. You can adjust any of the seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients For oven-baked turkey meatballs - gluten-free

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried chives
  • 1/3 c
    rolled oats (coarsely chopped in food processor)

How To Make oven-baked turkey meatballs - gluten-free

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    n a bowl, place all your ingredients. Mix them up!

    Form the meat into about 20-1" balls
  • 4
    Bake them in your preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

    Freeze them for later, put them into any kind of sauce of your choosing, or eat them as is!
