Ingredients For my favorite turkey meatloaf

1 lgonion, chopped

1 1/4 lbground turkey, 93% lean

1/3 cbread crumbs, whole wheat

1/2 cskim milk
-
1 lgegg white, lightly beaten

3 Tbspreduced sugar tomato ketchup
-
2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspdried thyme, crumbled

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make my favorite turkey meatloaf

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray an 8 x 5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a small non-stick skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute the onions until tender, 4-5 minutes.

3In a medium bowl, combine the onion, turkey, bread crumbs, milk, egg white, ketchup, cheese, and spices; blend well.

4Shape into a loaf and transfer to the pan. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
