Ingredients For mini italian meatloaves

12cupcake liners
-
1 lgegg, beaten
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cmarinara sauce

1/2 cquick cooking oats
-
1 1/3 citaian bread crumbs

1/2 Tbspitalian seasoning

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 lbground turkey
-
12cubes of mozzarella cheese
-
additional marinara sauce
-
shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make mini italian meatloaves

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, marinara sauce, uncooked quick cooking oats, ground turkey, Italian seasoning, garlic and bread crumbs.

2Divide mixture into twelve equal portions. Insert one cheese cube into center of meat and roll in hands to form the meat around the cheese into a ball. Place into muffin tin and continue with remaining meat and cheese.

3Top with a tablespoon (more or less depending on your preference) and shredded mozzarella cheese.

4Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 25 minutes.
