Ingredients For mexican skillet

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1
    16 oz jar mild salsa
  • 1 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1-1/2 c
    water
  • 2 c
    ronzoni healthy harvest elbow macaroni
  • 1 c
    frozen niblet corn
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make mexican skillet

  • 1
    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook ground turkey over med-high heat about 7 mins, or until done.

    Stir in salsa, tomato sauce and water. Heat to boiling. Add macaroni and corn. Reduce heat ans simmer 15 min. Until macaroni is tender.

    Sprinkle w/ cheese and ler stand until cheese is melted.
