This is a family favorite and the whole house smells so good it is hard to wait to start eating! This is a favorite of anyone who has enjoyed it and I will serve it to company.

Ingredients For mediterranean meat loaf

1-1/2 lbground turkey

2/3 cold fashion oatmeal

2/3 cred onion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tsp sa tspsea salt
-
1/2 tspmrs. dash italian seasonings
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
8 ozcanned peas and carrots, drained
-
2 ozblack olives, sliced, drained, divided
-
14-1/2 ozfire roasted diced tomatoes seasoned with onion & herbs
How To Make mediterranean meat loaf

1Preheat oven to 325:

2Mix turkey, oatmeal, onion, garlic, salt, Mrs. Dash, pepper and eggs thoroughly.

3Gently add peas and carrots and half of the olives. Blend gently until mixed well.

4: shape into a 9X5" loaf.Place in 9x13" pan;

5Bake 30 minutes: Meanwhile, mix remaining olives with undrained tomatoes.

6Spoon tomatoes over top of loaf.

7Bake additional 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 160 degrees.

8After removing from oven, let loaf rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with tomato toppings.
